Richardson and Gary Van Wagnen and wife, Tere Richardson, current Brigadoon Village residents, for the express purpose of ensuring the tranquillity and standards of Brigadoon Village. With a respectful nod to the past, Egypt Bluff Properties intends to develop the remainder of Brigadoon Village in a manner that will complement the Old South charm of the surrounding landscape and serene lake front, while providing residents serene, secure, scenic home sites and amenities fitting such a beautiful Tennessee Valley location.
